Shipping policy

We ship POOPOOPAPER products to web customers either from our warehouse locations in Texas, USA; Ontario, Canada or from our warehouse in the Kingdom of Thailand.

Delivery of items purchased from our website are sent through any one of our network of carriers including United Parcel Service, FedEx, DHL, DHL Global Mail, the United States Postal Service (USPS), Canada Post Corporation, or EMS depending on your location and speed of delivery service requested.

Shipping to most addresses in the USA will take approximately 3-7 business days for in-stock items.  In the event that we are out of stock on any item ordered we will contact customers and advise how many days any delay will be and/or provide alternate product and/ or color suggestions.  In such cases delivery may require up to 10-15 business days.

Shipments to Canada and other countries may take from 7-15 business days. We will endeavor to keep you aware of the shipments travel progress and provide shipment tracking details via email so you can monitor the delivery progress of your goods.

Shipments to most other international locations will take 7-15 days and are shipped primarily from our Chiang Mai, Thailand warehouse.
